Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. You'll keep your premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Do my credits roll over to the next month?
Subscription credits do not roll over. However, any credits purchased through 'Add-on' packages never expire and are only used after your monthly subscription credits are exhausted.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packages at any time through the Credits dashboard. Your monthly allocation will automatically refresh on your billing date.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Because our AI models incur real-world GPU costs immediately, we cannot offer refunds for credits already used. If you have a technical issue, our support team is happy to help.
